Biographical Note
Adjunct Professor Abrahamson serves as intellectual property counsel for LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc., an education toy company in Emeryville. She is also on the faculty of ALI-ABA and has lectured on trademark litigation, contest and sweepstakes law, and internet domain issues. Abrahamson spent six years at the law firm of Cooley Godward, where she specialized in trademark prosecution and litigation, copyright and advertising litigation, and promotions law.
