Biographical Note

Adjunct Professor Bernstein has practiced law for 32 years and is one of the leading class action attorneys in the United States. He is a partner in the San Francisco office of Lieff, Cabraser, Heimann & Bernstein, where he specializes in antitrust law and the settlement of complex litigation. Bernstein has served as a discovery referee and an arbitrator for the Marin Superior Court and as a judge pro tem for the San Francisco Superior Court.
