Biographical Note

Adjunct Professor Borstein is a lawyer with Borstein & Sheinbaum in New York City, specializing in litigation, commercial law, criminal law, securities, matrimonial law, and entertainment law. He served as chief special prosecutor in a New York City nursing home investigation (1975), as deputy chief of investigation in Kings County, New York (1974), and as a professor of economics at the University Gabriel Rene Morero in Bolivia (1965 to 1966). He was the co-editor of A Lawyers Guide to International Business Transactions (American Law Institute, 1963) and editor of A Transactional Guide to the U.C.C. (American Law Institute, 1964). He previously taught NASD Arbitration and Mediation at the USF School of Law.
