Biographical Note
While a staff attorney with the American Indian Lawyer Training Program, Professor Adler co-authored Indian Self-Determination and the Role of Tribal Courts. Prior to joining the faculty at USF, Adler consulted with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the legal staff of the governor of New Mexico. He also practiced law with the San Francisco firm of Morrison and Foerster.
