Biographical Note

From 2003 to 2005, Professor Donovan was the South Asia regional equity advisor for the U.S. Agency for International Development in New Delhi, India. Prior to that, she was a Fulbright Professor in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. With Dean Jeffery Brand, Donovan founded the law school's Center for Law and Global Justice in 1999.
