Biographical Note

Professor Micon was the founding director of USF's Criminal Law Clinic, the law school's first in-house clinical program, which later became a part of the USF Law Clinic. He has served as a consultant and expert on contract law matters and was a consultant to the National Commission on Marihuana and Drug Abuse.
