Biographical Note
Professor Talbot is a legal analyst who has appeared in numerous media outlets, including CNN, CBS, local network affiliates, and Tech TV. He is also a consultant for the San Francisco Examiner and Los Angeles Times. Professor Talbot has been a consultant for the State of California Department of Water Resources and the California Franchise Tax Board. He has developed training programs for the San Francisco Police Department and San Mateo County Police Academy, and has done extensive pro bono work on behalf of numerous local agencies and nonprofit corporations.
