Center for Law and Global Justice
The
Center for Law and Global Justice works university-wide in a multi-disciplinary
environment, recognizing that promoting the rule of law with justice requires
cooperation among all disciplines. With that objective in mind, professors across
the University have formed the Human
Rights Working Group which works directly with the Center on its projects.
Center work focuses on:
• Migration and forced displacement
• Human rights protection.
• Peace and democracy building
• Economic development, with an emphasis on corporate responsibility.
The Center has worked in Cambodia, China, the Dominican Republic, India, Vietnam,
the United States, and elsewhere.
In conjunction with the Center, the Human Rights Working Group and the McCarthy
Center for Public Policy and the Common Good are pleased to announce the 2007-2008
Human Rights Research Fellowship Recipients. Find out at What’s
New at the Center.
